Keeley Companies' North Texas Civil Group seeks a seasoned Lead Superintendent with proven expertise in structural concrete construction. This leader will oversee large-scale, self-performed concrete operations and complex civil projects, managing site logistics, crew leadership, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has led foundations, drilled piers, retaining walls, formwork, and major concrete placement activities with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project safety and compliance with company safety expectations.
• Oversee the success and management of all assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Services on estimates, methods, and schedule.
• Lead field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule.
• Enforce project procedures, safety programs, and client requirements.
• Document violations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback to project teams.
• Coordinate onsite subcontractors and their work.
• Provide technical assistance and interpretation of drawings and specs.
• Support management with progress tracking and forecasting.
• Read and interpret controls and instrumentation drawings and documents.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
