Keeley Companies in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, self-performed concrete operations and complex civil projects. You will manage site logistics, crew leadership, safety, and schedule execution, with an emphasis on quality control and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with foundations, footings, drilled piers, retaining walls, and formwork, along with strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial or industrial construction project operations.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Procore proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project safety management and compliance with company policies.
• Lead field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule.
• Coordinate onsite subcontractors and their work.
• Provide technical assistance and interpretation of drawings and methods.
• Support project management with progress tracking and forecasting.
• Read, interpret controls/instrumentation drawings, specs, and commercial documents.
• Provide performance feedback for project team members.
• Oversee and manage safety program requirements.
