Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a large-scale self-performing GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Structural concrete project experience required.
• Commercial and/or industrial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects valued over $1M.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost codes, contracts, and job-cost reporting.
• Strong change order and project documentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong scheduling and project planning background.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, financial tracking, documentation, and administrative execution of large-scale structural concrete projects.
• Oversee project setup, contract review, budgeting and cost codes, scheduling, takeoffs, and job-cost reporting.
• Handle change orders and project closeout while coordinating with field and operational leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and customer expectations.
