Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from Chicago office. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and teams including Project Managers, Field Managers, and engineers, ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.

You will collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids, maintain client relationships, and drive 24/7 safety and quality across projects. A civil/structural engineering background with 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued between $1–5 million.
• Experience with structural concrete repair/strengthening and industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions with internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss and forecasts.
• Provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with estimators and sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate commitment to 24/7 safety and quality control.
