Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Operations Manager for a top concrete construction client. This candidate will take ownership of planning the execution phase of commercial and industrial construction projects, partnering closely with operational teams from turnover through field execution.

The Field Operations Manager will develop comprehensive project plans, proactively identify obstacles and opportunities, maintain critical project reporting and documentation, and ensure teams are positioned

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive project execution with a self-performing GC or concrete contractor.
Self-perform concrete construction experience.
Commercial and/or industrial project experience.
Experience with construction projects valued over $500K.
In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive project results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong project planning and execution background.

Responsibilities
