Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 10 years of experience in structural design of buildings.
• Professional registration or licensure; PE in TX preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve technical competencies of structural team to meet client needs and market drivers.
• Deliver project services to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and project management on structural business class efforts.
• Lead quality assurance and control reviews across projects.
• Track financials and ensure projects meet schedules and budgets.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing activities.
