Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active PE license required.
• 10+ years of structural bridge engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with PennDOT bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of structural bridge engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee planning, design, and delivery of structural bridge projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, engineers, and design staff.
• Manage project workload, staffing, resources, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Develop resource and staffing plans based on project needs.
• Coordinate budgets and allocate resources effectively.
