Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• P.E. license
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering.
• Experience working with DOTs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, fees, and profitability.
• Serve as main client contact as project manager.
• Assist in new sales with clients you manage.
• Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across transportation disciplines.
• Understand transportation requirements related to bridge design.
• Assist Deputy Operations Manager with PM best practices.
• On larger projects, may not be involved directly in design.
• Report employee performance to Operations Management.
• Provide staffing input for future projects.
• Assist in developing other employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
