Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Structural Analysis Engineer to join our Engine Components and Thermal Systems team.

The role supports NPI and CPI activities for cooling and aftertreatment components, performing structural analyses to assess integrity, life, and performance under dynamic and static loads. You will collaborate with design and validation teams, run ABAQUS and HyperMesh simulations, and help improve analysis tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with structural dynamics, material properties and fatigue.
• Proficiency with ABAQUS and HyperMesh for nonlinear/static analyses.
• Familiarity with design validation and aerospace/automotive structural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and simulations for integrity, response, and life of cooling and aftertreatment components.
• Provide timely conclusions and actionable recommendations to design teams.
• Collaborate with validation teams and continuously improve analysis processes.
