Positions will be located in Berkeley, Hazelwood, St.

Louis, St. Charles, or Mascoutah, IL and require a BS in Engineering plus 5+ years (Level 3) or 9+ years (Level 4) of experience, with CAD/FEA software such as NX/Teamcenter, ABAQUS,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Materials)
• Level 3: 5+ years related work experience or equivalent
• Level 4: 9+ years related work experience or equivalent
• Experience with hand calculations and CAD/FEA software (NX/Teamcenter, ABAQUS, PATRAN/NASTRAN, StressCheck, Hyperworks)
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance (Interim/Final Secret)

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and document structural requirements to establish the system design
• Coordinate with engineering groups to define the product’s environment
• Guide design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and FEM tools
• Develop test plans and configurations; support test execution and analyze results
• Document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies
• Support in-service products by investigating failures and improvements
• Lead development of analytical processes/tools (Level 4)
