Job summary

Boeing St. Louis is seeking Experienced Structural Analysis Engineers to verify structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.

This is a contract role located in the Greater St. Louis region within the Air Dominance division of Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS).

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field; ABET preferred in USA.
10+ years of structural analysis experience in aerospace.
8+ years experience analyzing primary structure, subsystems, or weapons in Aerospace.

Responsibilities

Leads development, integration and documentation of structural requirements to establish the system design.
Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product environment.
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity using analytical methods, FEM models and other analysis tools.
Leads development of test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems meet requirements.
