Busey Bank is seeking a Stress Testing Manager to lead enterprise loan portfolio stress testing and governance. The role evaluates models, develops methodologies, and communicates insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, experience with Python/SQL, and familiarity with Moody’s analytics platforms. Collaboration with ERM, Credit, Treasury, and Finance is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative risk analytics or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, and risk methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise loan portfolio stress testing programs and governance.
• Develop proprietary stress testing methodologies for portfolio segments.
• Design scenario and sensitivity analyses, and adverse stress tests.
• Translate macro assumptions into portfolio outcomes and losses.
• Perform data analysis and model development using Python/SQL.
• Maintain model documentation, governance, and validation support.
• Prepare management reports and communicate findings to leadership.
