Busey Bank is seeking a Stress Testing Manager to lead enterprise stress testing for loan and deposit portfolios. You will develop models, run scenarios, and support governance across ERM and Model Risk Management. Strong quantitative skills and experience with Moody's platforms are essential.

You will collaborate with Credit, Finance, Treasury, and Data Analytics teams to ensure robust methodologies, governance, and effective communication to senior leadership.

Formación

• Required Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative risk analytics or related areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative risk methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and communicating findings to senior leadership.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise loan portfolio stress testing programs.
• Utilize third-party stress testing solutions such as Moody's platforms.
• Develop and implement proprietary stress testing methodologies for loan portfolios.
• Design and execute scenario and sensitivity analyses and adverse stress tests.
• Translate macroeconomic assumptions into expected portfolio outcomes.
