Busey Bank is seeking a Stress Testing Manager to serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise stress testing and quantitative risk modeling. The role focuses on loan and deposit portfolios, leveraging Moody's platforms and internally developed models to evaluate the impact of adverse economic conditions on portfolio performance and necessary capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative risk analytics, stress testing, forecasting, model development, or portfolio analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative risk methodologies.
• Experience with large datasets and communicating complex findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise loan portfolio stress testing programs and enhance methodologies.
• Utilize Moody's platforms and internal models to evaluate adverse conditions and potential losses.
• Design scenarios, conduct back-testing, and monitor model performance.
• Collaborate with ERM, Finance, Treasury, and Credit Administration to support risk initiatives.
• Present analytical findings to senior management and governance committees.
