Busey Bank seeks a Stress Testing Manager to lead enterprise loan portfolio stress testing, develop and govern models, and partner with ERM, Credit, Treasury, and Finance to ensure robust analytics under adverse conditions.

The role requires advanced quantitative skills in Python, SQL, econometrics, and experience with Moody's platforms, with the ability to communicate complex results to senior management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative risk analytics, stress testing, forecasting, model development, or portfolio analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative risk methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution, enhancement, and ongoing administration of enterprise loan portfolio stress testing programs.
• Utilize third-party stress testing solutions, including Moody's risk and portfolio analytics platforms.
• Develop proprietary stress testing methodologies for specialized loan segments.
• Design and execute scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and adverse stress tests.
• Translate macroeconomic assumptions into expected portfolio performance and losses.
• Communicate findings to management through analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with ERM, Treasury, Finance, and Data Analytics teams.
• Prepare reports for management and committees.
