Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years in structural analysis or stress-adjacent aerospace fields.
• Strong knowledge of materials, loads paths, and damage tolerance concepts.
• Experience creating and interrogating FEA models (NASTRAN).
• Proficient with MATLAB, Python, and standard stress tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity.
• Perform structural analyses to verify integrity of components and assemblies.
• Create and update analysis documentation and reports.
• Lead and coordinate stress engineers within projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive tasks to completion.
• Support manufacturing plans to meet load requirements.
