Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with no experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in structural analysis of aerospace primary structure.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis using classical methods and finite element analysis for components, assemblies, and systems.
• Develop and/or use finite element models (global and discrete).
• Prepare clear reports summarizing analysis results and recommendations.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to support workflows and validation.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-team collaboration.
