Maximus is seeking a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist to lead the strength and conditioning program for SOF personnel, ensure injury mitigation, and optimize physical performance. The role requires coordinating training, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

The candidate must relocate to or be near designated locations in the U.S. and hold or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.

Formación

• Master’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CSCS or CSCC-A certification required; CPR/AED training mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist leadership with day-to-day operations to ensure contract compliance and program integrity.
• Analyze reports for performance metrics and efficiencies; support strategic planning.
• Supervise core project staff and coordinate training program administration and quality assurance.
• Develop, implement, and refine strength and conditioning protocols for SOF personnel.
