General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist to lead and oversee evidence-based training programs for SOF personnel across CONUS and OCONUS sites. The role requires 5+ years of high-level coaching experience, NSCA CSCS or CSCCA certification, and CPR/AED qualifications.

The senior coach will design, implement, and evaluate protocols, coordinate with medical and performance teams, and ensure safe, effective training environments with rapid, customized guidance

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with athletes at high levels.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred in relevant discipline.
• Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCA certification and CPR/AED.
• Physically capable to perform and demonstrate all prescribed exercises.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, delivery, and evaluation of strength and conditioning programs.
• Coordinate with Physical domain staff to ensure safe return-to-training after injuries.
• Represent strength and conditioning across units; develop requirements and testing.
• Ensure equipment safety and proper facility operation.
