Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Street and Bridge Branch within Transportation and Drainage Operations.
• Oversee maintenance activities including rehabilitation of transportation systems and facilities (pavement and bridges).
• Develop and implement department and service line strategic plans and operating procedures.
• Manage budget and projects—current budget > $48M—and staff performance evaluations.
• Liaise with other departments, agencies, and private sector; ensure staff objectives and teamwork are met.
• Develop strategic goals, measure performance, and analyze data to inform decisions.
