Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in fluvial geomorphology or related fields.
• Experience planning field and desktop data collection for restoration projects.
• Experience producing Mitigation Plans and agency coordination is a plus.
• Strong remote sensing GIS experience and modeling knowledge.
• Ability to obtain professional registration within 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams and manage scopes.
• Perform detailed fluvial, sediment, biological and hydrologic studies.
• Apply CWA mitigation knowledge for stream/wetland banks.
• Lead field investigations and provide construction support.
• Develop construction documents and technical specs.
• Apply 1-D–3-D hydrologic modeling tools and GIS analyses.
• Interact with client representatives and manage communications.
• Contribute to business development and staff mentoring.
• Promote company visibility at industry conferences.
