Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, psychology, behavioral science, program/project management, or a quantitative discipline.
• Seven (7) years related work experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering on schedule.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and present analyses.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams with executive briefings.
• Develops plans with performance measures, scorecards, and end-user feedback loops.
• Identifies risks and creates mitigation strategies.
• Leads cross-functional and third-party teams to develop enterprise programs.
• Prepares decision analyses and reports for management.
• Ensures program objectives are met and manages third-party performance.
