Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Business Transformation Senior Consultant to support an emergency management client. You will lead strategic initiatives, map current processes, and design improved operations to enhance efficiency and compliance with Federal laws and regulations.

You will facilitate workshops, develop action plans, and present recommendations for priority investments. A Top Secret clearance and onsite DMV work are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of relevant management or strategy consulting experience required.
• Ability to work onsite in the DMV 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic leadership alignment workshops and planning.
• Document and redesign business processes to improve operations.
• Develop recommendations to streamline processes and operations.
• Create a unified program strategy leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
• Present insights and recommendations for client prioritization and investment.
• Support implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term recommendations.
• Assist data analysis to support data-driven decision making.
