Qualifications

• Typically has 10+ years of progressive experience or demonstrated portfolio consistent with experience required of the role.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs in financial services or a highly regulated environment.
• Hands-on program management expertise including integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, governance, and exec reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, high-priority initiatives within the enterprise Risk Transformation roadmap.
• Develop and maintain integrated program and workstream plans with clear scope, sequencing, and dependencies.
• Provide hands-on leadership of day-to-day program execution and monitor progress against objectives.
