Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Principal, Strategy and Transformation - Risk to lead enterprise risk transformation initiatives across lines of defense. You will translate strategy into executable plans and drive cross-functional delivery with risk, business, and PMO teams.

The role requires hands-on program leadership, governance, and the ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks in a regulated financial services environment. Hybrid work in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading transformation programs.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Hands-on program management with integrated planning, milestones and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple complex risk initiatives with defined workstreams and owners.
• Develop integrated program plans showing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Provide hands-on leadership and monitor progress to meet objectives and timelines.
• Identify, assess and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and delays.
• Establish governance rhythms and executive updates for accountability.
• Translate complex program information into clear, decision-oriented communications.
