Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Digital Media Planner to transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans and drive large-scale strategic proposals. You will mentor mid- and junior-level planners, push innovative tactics, and present to clients and leadership.

You will collaborate across teams, deliver executive-ready materials, and contribute to cross-functional planning initiatives within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital media planning.
• 1–2 years mentoring or team support.
• Experience with DSP interface or 2+ ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of media planning systems.
• Experience in client-facing pitches and presentations (preferred).
• English proficiency: B2–C2.

• - Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms
• - Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems
• - Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred)
• - English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily
