Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior strategy professional to drive corporate priorities and deliver on strategic projects across the enterprise. This role collaborates with leaders and teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives and strengthens our strategic agenda.

You will build executive level materials, design scorecards, and manage performance design. You’ll partner with Finance and Corporate Strategy during regular planning cycles and ad hoc projects to align targets with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
• 7-10 years Multifaceted experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategic operations, process design, or other strategic roles (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years Experience supporting an enterprise-level senior executive or other high-profile executive-facing role (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Works closely with leaders and teams across the enterprise to ensure success of corporate priorities and strategic projects.
• Delivers on special and/or ad hoc projects related to strategic priorities, collaborating with business teams across the enterprise.
• Maintains and drives the organization’s rhythm of the business, strategic agenda, and performance scorecard; designs measures to track performance.
• Autonomously builds executive level materials in support of the strategic agenda.
• Facilitates collaboration with Finance and Corporate Strategy on planning cycles and special projects.
• Interfaces and partners with Chief of Staff office members and key functional authorities across an array of functions.
