Job summary

T-Mobile, Bellevue-based, seeks a Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager to coordinate multiple project workstreams, perform analyses, and translate insights into actionable decisions for senior leaders.

You will lead data-driven analyses, build financial models, and create executive presentations to drive transformational change. A strong background in corporate strategy, consulting, or finance with quantitative skills is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business (Finance, Accounting, Finance), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative/technical fields. (Required)
• 7‑10 years Corporate Strategy related experience, including experience requiring quantitative analysis (Required)
• 2‑4 years Management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (Required)

Responsibilities

• Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.
• Perform a leading role on projects, working closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem‑solving approaches.
• Structure analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data.
• Oversee development of financial and other decision‑making models.
• Build financial and other decision‑making models.
• Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision‑impacting manner.
• Work with client organizations to build buy‑in and drive change.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, such as analysis for CS&A input and message development.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.
• Provide professional development guidance for Corporate Strategy Managers and Sr. Corporate Strategy Analysts.

Job Overview

T-Mobile’s Corporate Strategy & Analysis team is an internal consulting group that partners with executive leaders across the company. The team tackles complex, ambiguous problems, drives transformational change, creates new businesses, and brings innovation to customers. The Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager coordinates and owns multiple project workstreams, performs analyses, and collaborates with senior decision makers to translate insights into actionable decisions.
