Job summary

MISO is seeking a senior strategy leader to bridge corporate strategy and operations, guiding executive decisions and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will own strategic artifacts, align business-area plans, and mentor leaders through complex tradeoffs, enhancing decision cadence across the organization.

You will work with senior teams on transformative initiatives, including AI and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on analytics, communication, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in organizational strategy, transformation, or change leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills; ability to distinguish signal from noise and recommend pragmatic next steps.
• Experience developing aligned business-area plans and connecting them to enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional strategy discussions and leadership alignment sessions.
• Bridge corporate strategy with operational planning and guide tradeoffs.
• Own and evolve enterprise strategy artifacts, maps, measures, and roadmaps.
• Integrate departmental strategies to reveal misalignments and dependencies.
• Lead strategic analysis of drivers, trends, risks, and industry changes.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives to simplify complexity and inform decisions.
• Advise business-area leaders and frame enterprise-level implications.
• Manage enterprise strategy cadence and improve decision flow.
• Strengthen performance measures and STI metrics linked to priorities.
• Provide strategic support for AI, digital transformation, and automation.
