Google New York, NY, USA is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager for Global Ads, Commerce Marketing. You will drive Ads and Commerce Marketing strategy, elevate performance, enable operational excellence, and partner with executive leadership.

You will manage key business operations initiatives to streamline processes for Ads Marketing PMMs and leadership, lead annual multi-billion planning, and advance AI-driven tools across marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in managing projects/cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ads and Commerce Marketing strategy development and performance.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and standardize processes.
• Lead annual planning for multi-billion dollar business and develop C-suite ready plans.
• Partner with teams to pilot and implement AI-driven marketing tools.
