Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in global health, economics, data and engineering, or business administration.
  • 5+ years of strategy development experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent.
  • Structured problem solving and strategic business planning.
  • Excellent visuals and storytelling for varied audiences.
  • Strong project management and meeting tight deadlines.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategy Officer, Data and Technology Adoption to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will drive strategic initiatives that improve how data and technology are adopted across the organization, with a strong focus on cross-functional planning, execution, and organizational alignment. You will partner closely with program teams and internal stakeholders to shape priorities, evaluate opportunities, and translate strategy into practical action. The position also calls for clear communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to turn complex information into compelling materials for leadership and planning discussions.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $209,100 – $324,100 annually

Responsibilities
