You will partner with the VP of Strategy and Business Development to build annual plans, long-range market forecasts, and execution-ready insights for senior leadership. The role requires 5–10 years in aerospace/defense strategy, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to shape Crane's

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in strategy, market intelligence, marketing, product management, or business development in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with M&A prospecting, strategic analyses and competitive intelligence.
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic planning for select AAT businesses and newly acquired assets.
• Conduct adjacent market assessments to determine expansion opportunities through M&A.
• Support M&A activities including target identification, screening, strategy presentations and analysis.
• Conduct market analysis and build long-term market forecasts for strategic planning.
