Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in strategy, market intelligence, marketing, product management, or business development in aerospace/defense or related fields.
• MBA/advanced degree preferred; management consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic planning for Aerospace & Advanced Technologies (AAT) businesses and assets.
• Identify and screen acquisition targets and market adjacencies for growth.
• Conduct market analysis, build long-term forecasts, and support M&A strategy and execution.
• Prepare executive-level presentations with data-driven insights for the leadership team.
