Starbucks is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will lead Accomplice Experience Development from design to testing and learning, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that improve partner experience.

You will guide complex programs across Analytics, Store Ops, HR, Innovation, and Brand Communications, shaping the future of partner engagement and execution at scale.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy leadership and people management.
• Strong track record in program leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to design and test strategic initiatives and scale successful programs.
• Experience guiding partner experience or customer-focused initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Accomplice Experience Development from design through testing and learning.
• Coordinate across Analytics, Store Ops, HR, Innovation and Brand Communications to drive initiatives.
• Drive program governance, timelines, and business outcomes aligned with Starbucks’ strategy.
• Develop compelling narratives with data to persuade executives and stakeholders.
