Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least three years of internal or external communications, ideally in a fast-paced place.
• Strong ardor for communications, social impact, and building community.
• Ability to learn quickly, listen, analyze and execute with curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop organization-wide internal communications that are clear, concise, and compelling.
• Manage messaging on companion benefits, sustainability, inclusion, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate with go-functional teams and senior leaders to align communications.
• Draft, edit, and publish company-wide communications.
• Lead on-call rotations for emergency communications across U.S. time zones.
