Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team. You will lead development and execution of strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and shape the company’s strategic direction across markets and products.

In this role you’ll drive performance metrics, build financial models, and partner with product, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive execution of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field (6–8 years with a Master’s).
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making; distill into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and take ownership of execution.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
