Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team. You will partner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans that align with Lumen’s goals and priorities.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build strategic models, and drive execution across diverse teams to accelerate growth and maintain a competitive edge in AI-enabled connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and drive results with ownership of execution.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
