Job summary

Finatal is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to help execute the value creation plan. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you'll be embedded in high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business.

This is an execution-heavy role—build analyses, own workstreams, and deliver outcomes that move decisions forward at the C-suite and board level, while collaborating with the management team and private equity sponsor.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, PE, or corporate strategy.
• Strong modeling and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing materials for senior executive or investor audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the value creation plan with management and PE sponsor.
• Lead strategic analyses and build business cases for C-suite and board decisions.
• Prepare board and investor materials; support bi-weekly PE reviews.
• Track initiative progress and surface risks and opportunities to leadership.

To support that growth, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to help execute the value creation plan. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you'll be embedded in the highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business. This is an execution-heavy role - you'll build the analyses, own the workstreams, and deliver outcomes that move decisions forward at the C-suite and board level. You'll work closely with the management team and private equity team throughout.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the value creation plan alongside the management team and PE sponsor
• Lead strategic analyses and build business cases that inform C-suite and board-level decision-making
• Prepare board and investor materials; support bi-weekly PE reviews
• Track initiative progress and surface risks and opportunities to leadership
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and marketing to get things done
