Teradyne seeks a Senior Director of M&A Integration and Deal Execution to lead the execution engine behind inorganic growth. You will manage active transactions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive Day 1 readiness across functions from diligence through close.

The role requires senior-level leadership, a track record of end-to-end integrations, and regular interaction with Teradyne’s executive team. Domestic and international travel is required, with onsite cadence four days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience, incl. at least five years in M&A integration or transaction program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Experience leading at least three integrations end to end, incl. cross-border or multi-site complexities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the program manager for active transactions across Teradyne’s business groups and own the deal calendar and workstreams.
• Run diligence cadence, ensure issues are escalated and carried forward with value implications.
• Lead the Integration Management Office, chair cadence, and ensure Day 1 readiness across all functions.
• Translate investment thesis into a tracked integration plan with owners and milestones.
