Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Agenda to own the long-range planning horizon beyond the fiscal year. You will build multi-year theses, models, and value cases across Programs, Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring the plan aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of integrated planning, S&OP/SIOP, operations strategy in manufacturing or hardware.
• Strong modeling and BI skills: market sizing, demand modeling, scenario analysis, KPI reporting in Power BI.
• Ability to translate operational/financial data into clear executive narratives and build cross-functional consensus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regional Strategic Meeting and multi-year thesis end-to-end — agenda, inputs, and direction beyond the fiscal year.
• Develop mid- and long-term priorities with targets that justify investment.
• Oversee the Quarterly Business Review to keep the plan aligned with the thesis.
• Lead the Week-1 portfolio review for R&D and IRAD before plan entry.
• Build and maintain scenarios and market models (TAM/SAM/SOM, share of wallet).
• Sponsor planning-tool roadmap with IT/Engineering and IBP.
• Advise on AI/ML-enabled forecasting and decision-support tooling.
• Own long-range KPI frameworks and dashboards (Power BI).
• Lead a Strategy Analyst and cascade priorities across multi-site programs.
