Job summary

Ursa Major seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Agenda to own the long-range planning horizon beyond the fiscal year. You will build scenarios, market models, and value cases to translate strategy into an actionable plan as the company scales.

You will lead a Strategy Analyst, collaborate with Programs, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, and oversee Regional Strategic Meeting, QBR, and planning-tool roadmaps in a hybrid on-site role at the Berthoud, Colorado facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• ~8+ years in integrated business planning or related supply-chain roles.
• Experience building long-range plans and scenario analyses for executives.
• Strong grasp of demand, supply, capacity, and financial reconciliation.
• Quantitative modeling and BI skills; KPI reporting in Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-range strategy and multi-year thesis, including inputs and direction.
• Model demand, capacity, and investment futures; build value cases for leadership.
• Lead QBR and Week-1 reviews, ensuring alignment with the plan.
• Develop planning tools and dashboards; drive methodology improvements.
