Acxiom seeks a senior leader to craft and drive strategy for finance and insurance, spanning banking, lending, cards, wealth management, and risk management. Based in New York, you will partner with sales to prioritize strategic accounts and accelerate growth while ensuring compliant data practices.

Formación

• Fifteen or more years of experience in industry strategy, client leadership, or solution selling in financial services or insurance.
• Working knowledge of GLBA, FCRA, permissible purpose, credit-based scoring, and NAIC framework.
• Understanding of data used in finance and insurance marketing, including first‑party data, signals, and identity resolution.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing, identity, and activation strategy, with CDPs and clean rooms experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and grow revenue in a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive communication skills with stakeholder management across marketing, data, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and growth across financial services and insurance segments.
• Set direction and priorities for the finance and insurance teams and support their development.
• Partner with sales and client leadership to prioritize accounts and accelerate revenue.
• Translate regulatory realities into actionable solution strategies for clients, separating marketing use from permissible credit/ underwriting data.
• Guide growth use cases such as prescreen offers, cross-sell across lines of business, retention, and advisor enablement.
• Shape proposals, pricing, and delivery approaches for regulated clients.
• Serve as a senior strategic resource in client engagements, business reviews, and deal pursuits.
• Provide client input to inform Acxiom's product and solution roadmap.
• Represent Acxiom's finance and insurance capabilities in executive and external forums.
