AT&T is seeking a Lead Business Strategy professional to join our Transformation and Supply Chain (TSC) Strategy Team in an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. You will lead small teams to craft actionable recommendations for senior leadership, analyzing industry trends, technology shifts, and supplier spend to drive transformational cost improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field.
• Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models.
• Strong communication (both oral and written) skills and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in small teams to support and craft recommendations for senior leadership.
• Analyze impact of industry trends, emerging technologies, macroeconomic & competitive factors, and third-party supplier spend & engagement.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities facing AT&T’s Transformation and Supply Chain.
• Support negotiation with industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and should-cost benchmarking.
• Conduct market intelligence including M&A monitoring and supplier health assessments to position AT&T for success.
• Develop creative, strategic solutions to drive transformation in operations and cost structure.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives.
