AT&T is seeking a Lead Business Strategy professional to join our Transformation and Supply Chain (TSC) Strategy Team in an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. You will lead small teams to craft actionable recommendations for senior leadership, analyzing industry trends, technology shifts, and supplier spend to drive transformational cost improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field.

• Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models.
• Strong communication (both oral and written) skills and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

AT&T’s TSC Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T’s cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T’s vast supply chain and wireline networks.

Role and Responsibilities of Lead Business Strategy:

Our Lead Business Strategy work in small teams to support and lead projects and craft actionable, innovative recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership. You’ll analyze the impact of industry trends, emerging technologies, macroeconomic & competitive factors, and third-party supplier spend & engagement.

You’ll Provide:

• Thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T’s Transformation and Supply Chain organization.
• Fact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and should cost negotiation benchmarking.
• Best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for success.
• Creative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T’s operations and cost structure.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or other related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field.

• Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts.
• MBA preferred.
