Job summary

Horizon Media in New York is seeking a data-driven Media Planner to support strategic planning, analytics, and client presentations. You will collaborate with senior staff to develop informed media plans and deliver insights across channels.

The role emphasizes strong writing, presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. A minimum of 1.5+ years in media planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years previous media planning experience.
• Understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for media planning.
• Experience with media management and billing tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of strategic media plans guided by client direction.
• Analyze consumer research and competitive intelligence with the team.
• Develop POVs for new media opportunities and present to clients.
• Create and refine presentation decks; support client presentations.
• Strengthen media strategy knowledge and participate in trainings.
• Analyze large datasets and generate reports with insights.
