Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. is seeking an Assistant Strategist, Business Solutions in New York to support the development of media plans, analyze results, and manage data. The role requires a proactive approach, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple timelines.

You will contribute to budget tracking, plan execution, and performance analysis while collaborating with clients and internal teams. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to grow in a data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience.
Experience in fast-paced environments and ability to multi-task.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day account maintenance including billing and material distribution.
Schedule, attend, and summarize client/internal meetings; distribute recap notes.
Support development and maintenance of media plans, budgets, and implementation.
Analyze competitive research to inform media strategy.
Pull and manipulate large performance datasets to inform strategy.
Engage with clients and other Horizon Next departments.
Participate in training sessions to advance industry knowledge.
