Oura in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive growth through market, competitive, and financial analyses. You will structure ambiguous problems, build actionable recommendations, and partner with GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops to execute initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or in-house strategy and operations.
• Financial analysis and modeling as a genuine strength.
• Structured problem solving with hypothesis-first approach.
• Experience running market or competitive analysis and forming calibrated views.
• Comfort with SQL and a BI tool, or willingness to learn within a quarter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build analyses behind near-term growth opportunities: market sizing, unit economics, pricing benchmarks, channel economics.
• Develop financial models, value driver analyses, and scenarios to stress-test initiatives.
• Structure ambiguous leadership questions and deliver clear recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials distilling inputs into actionable insights.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops to move initiatives forward.
• Create durable reporting and automate repetitive analyses.
