Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a strategy analyst who will own analytical workstreams, conduct market analysis, and develop insights to inform enterprise and business-unit strategies. You will coordinate inputs, prepare executive-ready materials, and partner with Finance, Credit, Marketing, and business units to ensure alignment.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience in financial modeling, and a passion for growth in agriculture and rural finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced-level experience in strategy, corporate finance, management consulting or market research.
• Experience in the financial/agriculture industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses, build business cases, and contribute to strategy formulation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or CRM tools a plus.
• Advanced business judgment, structured thinking, and a track record of using analysis to drive strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and execution of key analytical workstreams (e.g., market analysis, financial modeling, customer segmentation).
• Defines analytical approaches, coordinates inputs, and ensures quality and completeness of findings.
• Synthesizes and communicates implications of analysis to the team.
