Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of consulting or other relevant professional services experience, including investment banking, market research, or another analytical field
• Creative and structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
• Superior attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Work as a core member of strategy consulting case teams
• Participate in all key phases of consulting projects, from brainstorming and hypothesis creation through research, strategy development, and final recommendations
• Own and drive multiple project workstreams
• Develop expertise on critical questions informing clients’ strategy and decision-making
• Identify key data sources and conduct primary and secondary research
• Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market and competitive landscaping, market sizing, financial analysis, and survey development and analysis
• Synthesize research and analysis into actionable insights
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, research briefs, and other client deliverables
• Engage directly with clients and deliver findings and recommendations in informal and formal settings
• Collaborate with, coach, and support junior team members
• Contribute to firm development through internal and external networks, sector knowledge, best practices, firm initiatives, and thought leadership
