Job Summary

Support leadership with strategic activities to meet membership and margin goals. Provide analytical and strategic support to help design, analyze, and develop recommendations for business issues, market research, scenario planning, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify key business issues, develop solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in strategy projects with guidance from senior staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on membership, growth, and operations.
• Provide guidance to team members and contribute to their development.
• Develop analytical frameworks and approaches for complex strategy issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably in healthcare.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in health insurance operations, technology, and operational improvement.
